Terms & Conditions – pphoki

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pphoki website accessible at https://pphoki.world, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and in-app interfaces.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to pphoki, the operating entity that owns and operates the Platform.
• "You", "User", "Member" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a game, sports event, lottery draw, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet awards, or matched-deposit bonuses credited to an Account by pphoki.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures as described in Section 4.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is legally restricted, including but not limited to jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly criminalised at the individual user level.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by pphoki for all operational and transaction timestamps.

By registering on or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of another person.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited at the individual level by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of pphoki or any affiliated company.
5. You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have been subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform at the time of registration.
6. All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

pphoki reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any Account where eligibility requirements cannot be confirmed or where false information has been provided.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to keep your login credentials strictly confidential and to notify pphoki immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. pphoki strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). We will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining Balance that exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

pphoki is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraudulent activity. Accordingly, we may require you to submit identity verification documents at any point during your membership, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — for Indonesian nationals, or a valid passport for non-nationals).
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement showing your name and residential address).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking app showing account name and number).
• A selfie photograph holding your government ID, taken on request.

Until KYC verification is complete, pphoki reserves the right to limit Account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds. We aim to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents.

All deposits to your pphoki Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of the Account pending investigation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pphoki accepts deposits via the following channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

Maximum single-transaction deposit amounts may apply depending on your Account verification status and the payment method selected. pphoki does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pphoki accepts no liability.

5.3 Deposit Integrity

Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified Account — due to incorrect reference numbers or mismatched account names — will be held pending and returned to the originating account within five (5) business days. pphoki is not liable for funds lost due to errors made by the Member during the deposit process.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. pphoki does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.1 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for verified Accounts during operational hours (00:00 – 23:59 WIB). Requests submitted during scheduled system maintenance windows may be processed on the next available business cycle. High-value withdrawals (above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction) may be subject to additional verification and processed within 24 hours.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum single-transaction withdrawal: subject to your Account tier and verification level; contact support for your specific limit.
• Withdrawal limits reset on a rolling 24-hour basis (WIB).

6.3 Pending Wagering Requirements

If your Account Balance includes Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements, only the real-money portion of your Balance that exceeds any locked Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Withdrawing real-money funds while a bonus wagering requirement is active will result in the forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds and cancellation of the wagering requirement.

pphoki offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and are not redeemable for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• pphoki reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of system errors will be forfeited in full, and the Account may be suspended.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds carry a minimum 10x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — full contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.

7.3 Seasonal Promotions

pphoki regularly offers seasonal promotions aligned with major Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

All games available on the pphoki Platform — including slot machines, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, live casino tables, sports markets including bandar bola (football bookmaker) wagers, sabung ayam (live-streamed cockfighting) markets, and e-sports — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or market page.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All electronically-determined game outcomes on the Platform are produced by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for statistical fairness. pphoki does not interfere with RNG outcomes under any circumstances.

8.2 Sports Betting

Odds for sports markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international competitions such as the FIFA World Cup and Piala AFF, are set by pphoki's trading team and are subject to change without notice until a wager is confirmed. Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed (i.e., a bet reference number is issued), the agreed odds are locked.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, score or result correction due to official governing body review, or a verifiable system error that resulted in an incorrect price being offered. pphoki's decision on void bets is final, subject to the formal dispute process in Section 11.

8.4 Mix Parlay

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All legs must win for the bet to pay out. If one leg is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding the voided leg. Minimum and maximum mix parlay odds, leg counts, and payout caps are set out in the sports betting rules accessible from the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pphoki Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities intentionally.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
• Colluding with other players in games where such collusion affects the outcome or fairness of play.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Sharing Account credentials with, or allowing access by, any third party.
• Using offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language toward pphoki staff or other users in any communication channel.

All content on the pphoki Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, software, game interfaces, data feeds, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of pphoki or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without pphoki's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pphoki's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pphoki expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside pphoki's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment system outages, acts of government, or natural disasters.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a game outcome, settlement, or Account action is incorrect, you must submit a written dispute to [email protected] within 72 hours of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. pphoki aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of all relevant information. pphoki's determination of any dispute shall be final and binding, subject only to formal legal proceedings where applicable.

pphoki collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit — to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. pphoki is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and enforced session timeouts.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the elected period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pphoki is incorporated. pphoki operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and adheres to the regulatory standards of that licensing authority.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as pphoki representing that the Platform is legal, accessible, or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence. pphoki expressly disclaims any liability for Members who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

pphoki reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
